Yes. Standard skateboard bearings use the same 608 size, so they fit standard skateboard wheels regardless of the wheel size or hardness.

The ABEC rating measures manufacturing tolerances for high-speed machinery, not overall skateboard bearing performance. Skateboard wheels spin at much lower speeds, so ABEC differences usually matter less than bearing quality, cleanliness and lubrication.

After a short break-in period, any decent set of skateboard bearings should roll well for normal skating.

Keep your skateboard bearings dry and continue skating regularly. New bearings may feel slightly slower at first, but they usually loosen up and roll more freely once they have been broken in.

Avoid skating through water, as moisture can cause rust and damage the bearings. Also, make sure the axle nuts are not tightened so much that the wheels cannot spin freely. If the bearings become dirty or start slowing down, clean them and apply a small amount of proper skateboard bearing lubricant.
