Return policy.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 15 calendar days after your item is delivered. The item must be unused and unridden, in the same condition as delivered, and returned with all original packaging, parts and accessories. Items that have been skated, installed, altered after delivery, damaged or show signs of wear cannot be returned. Halfpiped-built custom completes are eligible if they have not been ridden, altered after delivery or damaged.

To request a return, email support@halfpiped.com or WhatsApp +65 8950 0940 with your order number before sending anything back. Wait for return instructions. Approved returns can be sent by tracked courier or handed over at Woodlands MRT by appointment. Exchanges are available for eligible unused items and depend on stock availability; tell us in your request if you prefer an exchange.

For change-of-mind returns, handover at Woodlands MRT is free. If you choose a return courier, you arrange and pay the courier cost. Standard Singapore delivery is free, and no restocking fee is charged. After the returned item is received and inspected, the product price will be refunded to the original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

If an item arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will provide the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund and cover reasonable return-delivery costs where required. This policy does not limit your rights under Singapore law.
