RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 1 week from the date of purchase. If 1 week has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

You must contact us at halfpipedskateco@gmail.com or via Whatsapp at +65 8950 0940 to arrange the return.

All returns must be made by meeting up at Woodlands MRT, where we will arrange a suitable time for the exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Approval:

The approval of your return request will be at the sole discretion of Halfpiped.

By submitting a return request, you acknowledge that Halfpiped’s decision is final and conclusive.
