Delivery policy.

Shipping is available within Singapore only. Every Singapore order includes free delivery via SPX Express. Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 12pm Singapore time on a working day are usually processed that day and usually arrive the next day, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm begin processing on the next working day. Public holidays, peak periods and courier disruptions can extend the estimate.

Woodlands MRT pickup is available by appointment, with the pickup time confirmed after ordering. Overseas orders are not accepted.
