Delivery Policy

At Halfpiped, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please read through the following delivery policy to understand how we handle shipments.


1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Singapore only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally at this time.


2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days from the order date.
  • Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of delivery varies depending on the size and weight of your order.
  • Maximum Delivery Fee: The maximum shipping cost for any order is SGD 10.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address.

4. Delivery Methods

  • All orders are shipped via local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
  • We use trusted delivery services to ensure that your order reaches you safely.

5. Order Processing

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details (if applicable) so you can track your order's progress.

6. Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Delivery carrier issues
  • Public holidays

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you realize there is an error in the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately to correct the issue before shipment.

8. Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details (if applicable). You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment via the courier’s website.


9. Delivery Restrictions

  • Restricted Locations: Some remote or inaccessible areas may be excluded from our delivery services.
  • If your delivery address falls within these restricted areas, we will notify you and discuss possible solutions, such as alternative delivery options.

10. Delivery Problems or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange where applicable.


11. Delivery Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver it again or leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery.
